Company Recruitment Procedure

3 Seas Shipping Company carefully recruits candidates in accordance with the particular needs and requirements of the clients. The applicants are being evaluated on the basis of professional background, certification, experience, service attitude and personality.

All job applications will be answered in writing. Candidates must complete the company’s “Seafarers Recruitment Proposal Form” which is available on the website.

“3Seas Shipping” will in turn do all the necessary screening and interviewing of the candidate.

We emphasize on having close contact with our clients in order to give candidates all the necessary pre-boarding information related to shipboard life, working conditions, contracts, job descriptions and other important requirements set by the owner/management. Our goal is to provide a total quality service where our clients can have absolute confidence in our ability to handle placement and other crewing services. Candidates will not be charged any registration fees or any other charges for obtaining a position on board.

Company Services

All ranks are being headhunted and recruited on board for any type of vessel, (navigation Officers , Engineers ,Electrical/Electronic Engineers, deck/engine ratings , hotel stuff for cruise/river ships & catering department).
  • Arranging completion of the “Crew Registration Form”, collection of updated C.V.s, references, necessary documents to join the respective vessel.
  • Performing job interviews.
  • Completing contracts on behalf of the client on request.
  • Assistance in obtaining necessary visas and other joining arrangements.
  • Coordinating medicals with certified seaman’s doctors.
  • Arranging STCW courses and other courses requested by the client through certified course centers.
  • Crew planning on request.
  • Assistance in renewing necessary officer licenses in accordance with STCW-95 regulations.
  • Miscellaneous assistance and consultancy services as requested by the client.
